Pentecost at Holy Trinity Parish in Albany, Georgia 2021

His Eminence Metropolitan Demetrius of America travelled by car to Albany, Georgia, for the feast of Pentecost. He stopped off in Maryland and South Carolina to visit some of our faithful there.

He celebrated all of the services from Friday to Monday of The Holy Spirit, and spoke with the faithful who were hungry to hear the word of God.

Why do we Call Angels “Saint”?

Q. I noticed that we call the angels Michael and Gabriel "Saint." I thought the title "Saint" was only given to humans who have proven themselves Godly. Do you mind clarifying this for me? Is there a deeper meaning to "Saint" that I am not aware of?
