On Sunday Dec. 3/16, 2012 His Grace, Bishop Demetrius of Boston will be enthroned during the Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral of St. Mark of Ephesus, Roslindale MA, by His Eminence Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Attica and Boeotia, representative of the Holy Synod of the Church of the Genuine Orthodox Christians of Greece.

Matins, followed by Divine Liturgy begin at 7am. The Cathedral is located at 850 South St. Roslindale, Massachusetts Phone: 617-469-2380

Why do we Call Angels “Saint”?

Q. I noticed that we call the angels Michael and Gabriel "Saint." I thought the title "Saint" was only given to humans who have proven themselves Godly. Do you mind clarifying this for me? Is there a deeper meaning to "Saint" that I am not aware of?
