Traditional Orthodox Christians of North Carolina Construct Kouvouklion

On Saturday, March 15/28, 2009, parishioners of our two missions in North Carolina, Nativity of the Holy Theotokos Orthodox Church in Greenville and St. Mark the Evangelist Orthodox Church in Raleigh, met in Greenville after Divine Liturgy to construct their first Kouvouklion for housing the Epitaphios for use in the Holy Friday procession. This year, the two missions will celebrate Holy Week together in Greenville.

Why do we Call Angels “Saint”?

Q. I noticed that we call the angels Michael and Gabriel "Saint." I thought the title "Saint" was only given to humans who have proven themselves Godly. Do you mind clarifying this for me? Is there a deeper meaning to "Saint" that I am not aware of?
